Beware of this 'scam'. If it sounds too good to be true, it likely is! Went to one of his seminars (priced at $297, but special deal received 2 for $27!). That should been a red flag right there. Sunil marketed Robin Sharma, as a keynote speaker. While we were there for the event, Sunil shared his experience and indicated he has significant influence (does posing for a pic with Oprah mean you've got influence?) and the ability to increase peoples' weath. A phrase he also used frequently during the event was: 'I can't afford it" is the biggest virus installed in us'. Again

What I love about Sunil Tulsiani is that not only he has made millions, but he has helped so many people become multimillionaires. In my view PIC is the best Real Estate Investment Club in the world.

It is incredible how Sunil has helped hundreds of people become wealthy. Some have even become multi-millionaires. If you want to learn, network and make huge amount of money in real estate, PIC is the club to join.

It's great to have a network of experts when things start to go unplanned. The skills, tips and knowledge shared are greatly appreciated. Only when I thought I could go solo, Sunil taught me I can go far and fast when I joined PIC.

I attended the event with Robin Sharma and Sunil Tulsiani, it was amazing. Robin was just as inspirational as i've seen from his videos. Robin mainly spoke about being a good leader, while Sunil and the other speakers spoke about wealth creation, installing great habits that will help you grow as a person. One thing that Amazed me is Sunil Tulsiani and Sneh Desai both took pictures and autographed for anyone who asked, it didn't matter if they had a general ticket or a VIP ticket. Super kind! I've never seen speakers do this before. I guess you cant make assumptions based on what you see online, too much negativity. there was so much positivity at this event. While i only attend the event because i wanted to see Robin, I am so grateful i was able to learn from the other speakers as well.
